Please note we are only accepting orders within Australia for now. We are working on expanding our distribution and we look forward to sending orders internationally.

Order Processing

It takes 3–7 business days to create a product and to fulfill an order. This estimate is the most recent date which our providers have given us. While we try our best to notify our customers of any changes to these ETA dates as soon as possible, Bookish Little Dragon is not liable for manufacturing delays as these changes are unfortunately beyond our control. 

Shipping 

Bookish Little Dragon use several providers. Shipping may take 5–30 business days. Items may come in multiple packages.

Bookish Little Dragon is not liable for shipping delays due to force majeure events (i.e any act of God; war; riot; civil strife; act of terrorism, domestic or foreign; embargo; governmental rule, regulation or decree; flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, or other casualty; earthquake; strike, lockout, internet outage or other labour disturbance; the unavailability of labour or materials to the extent beyond the control of the party affected; or any other events or circumstances not within the reasonable control of the party affected).

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from Bookish Little Dragon.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your destination.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
